We hold half of your deposit for 22 business days for ticket and 407 ETR purposes.  Once we are able to verify you have not accrued any tickets or charges on the ETR, your funds will be available for pickup with receipt in hand

Unfortunately we do not currently have such service but under certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate you.  Please be sure to ask one of our associates for more information.

Additional drivers are permitted on the contract however there is a charge for each additional driver.  Please ask one of our associates for more information. 

Unfortunately at this time we do not have the ability to accept vehicles after office hours. 

Your deposit will be returned in the following manner:

When you return the vehicle, you receive half of your deposit and any time after 22 business days you will receive the remainder of your deposit barring any usage on the 407 ETR and any tickets that have not been paid by the renter up to and including any service charges.

Rental extensions must be made no less than 24 hours before the vehicle is due back.  We will then have you in your rental for as long as 30 days.

We at Try 1 Car Rentals have a three minimum policy.  If you have paid for a weeks rental and have to return the car before the rental is due back we will only charge you for 3 days .
