1. Reservation Cancellations:

1.1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are eligible for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

1.2. Cancellation Period:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

2. Changes to Reservations:

2.1. Modification Window:

  • Changes to reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring additional charges.

2.2. Late Changes:

  • Modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to additional fees.

3. No-Show Policy:

3.1. No-Show Definition:

  • A “No-Show” occurs when the renter fails to pick up the rental vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice.

3.2. No-Show Fees:

  • No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.

4. Vehicle Issues:

4.1. Defective Vehicles:

  • If the rented vehicle is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

4.2. Refund Evaluation:

  • Refunds for defective vehicles will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the issue and its impact on your rental experience.

5. Refund Processing:

5.1. Timeline:

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 21 business days from the date of the refund request approval.

5.2. Payment Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
